The Sandia Dental Care Program is available to retired employees and their eligible dependents. This plan is administered by Delta Dental of New Mexico.

The Sandia Dental Care Program is administered by Delta Dental of New Mexico. The Sandia Dental Care Program is available to retired employees and their eligible dependents.
Coinsurance coverage is based on a percentage of the maximum approved fee for the following types of services:
Employees who retired prior to January 1, 2009
Employees who retired prior to January 1, 2009, will not be required to pay a dental premium share for themselves or any eligible Class 1 dependents at this time.
Employees who were hired prior to January 1, 2009, and retired January 1, 2009 through December 31, 2011. Please see the Benefit Guide for specific details.
Retirees in this category will pay a monthly dental premium share. Rates are based on retiree, retiree plus one, or retiree plus three or more eligible dependents.
